This form should be received 2.5 months in advance of your event and/or 2.5 months in advance of the date you want the flyer finalized.
We advertise 2 weeks prior to the event date in the e-Blast, unless there is a special need to advertise for a longer period of time.
If you have missed this deadline for flyers, please check the box indicating that this request must be expedited. You will be notified if your request is approved.
Please use this form only if you have all your program information.
